Fiorentina winger Riccardo Sottil is likely to be back for his team’s Serie A clash with Inter next weekend.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 23-year-old has some chance of being back to face Lecce this weekend, and if not should be targeting facing the Nerazzurri.

Sottil has been out with a knock since the end of September, as La Viola have dealt with a number of injuries that have disrupted their season so far.

However, Viola coach Vincenzo Italiano will be glad to be able to call upon the winger soon, as he is very close to being fully fit after missing four matches across all competitions as he’s recovered.

It is not yet clear whether the 23-year-old will be fit for Fiorentina’s away trip to Lecce on Monday.

However, if he cannot face Lecce, Sottil should likely be fit to play when the Tuscans host Inter next weekend.
