Inter striker Romelu Lukaku’s availability for next Saturday’s Serie A clash with Fiorentina will be decided upon based on medical tests tomorrow.
This according to Italian news outlet FCInter1908, who report that the Belgian will undergo tests with the team’s medical staff tomorrow which should conclusively determine whether he is able to be in the squad to face La Viola.
Lukaku is pushing to be back in time to play against Fiorentina over the weekend.
The Belgian has missed out on eleven matches for the Nerrazzurri now, but the sense is that a return is finally not too far on the horizon for him.
The exact time for the striker’s return still has to be determined by medical tests.
However, the tests tomorrow should make it very clear whether or not the 29-year-old will be ready to play against Fiorentina on Saturday, or if the trip to Tuscany will still be too much of a risk for him.
