Juventus defender Bremer is set to miss around twenty days with an injury, but is hoping to be back in time to face Inter next month.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Brazilian’s injury should see him out for around three weeks while he recovers.
Bremer started against his former club Torino for the Bianconeri in the Derby della Mole over the weekend.
The Bianconeri won the match 1-0 through a Dusan Vlahovic goal in the second half, but one sore spot for their evening was the injury to Bremer.
The defender had to come off during the second half with a muscle injury.
Bremer’s recovery period should see him miss a few matches for Juventus over the next few weeks.
However, the target for the Brazilian is to be ready to start against the Nerazzurri.
Bremer had at points during the summer looked very close to joining Inter from Torino, before he instead made the switch to the Bianconeri.
