Inter striker Romelu Lukaku is back in full training with the rest of the team today.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 29-year-old is finally ready to make a full return to training, and should be available in the squad to face Fiorentina over the weekend.
Lukaku carried out his last day of individual work yesterday as he is now recovered from the thigh injury that’s kept him out for over a month and a half.
The club’s medical staff have cleared the Belgian to train as normal in view of a return to the pitch.
Now, Lukaku will be working to get fully match-fit and back up to speed with his teammates.
The intention will be to already have the striker back in the squad for Saturday’s Serie A clash away to Fiorentina.
Given that Lukaku will be able to train as normal with the rest of the squad over the next couple days, this should not likely be a problem.
