Inter centre-back Francesco Acerbi will keep his place in the starting line-up for this evening’s encounter against Fiorentina in Serie A.

As reported in today’s newspaper edition of Tuttosport, the former Lazio defender will be named in the team at the Stadio Artemio Franchi, having played against Salernitana last time out.

Acerbi will occupy the left side of the three-man defence in cover of Alessandro Bastoni, as he continues to recover from flu, and will be joined by Milan Skriniar and Stefan De Vrij.

Meanwhile, coach Simone Inzaghi still has two decisions to make as he considers his starting line-up in Florence, with Matteo Darmian leading the race to be selected at right wing-back over Denzel Dumfries.

In addition to this, Joaquin Correa is the favourite to start in attack alongside Lautaro Martinez, consigning Edin Dzeko to the bench.

Goalkeeper Andre Onana will keep his place in goal, whilst the remainder of the midfield will be made up of Nicolo Barella, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, with Federico Dimarco on the left.
