Fiorentina strongly refute reports that their President Rocco Commisso was banging the door to enter Inter’s locker room following the 4-3 Nerazzurri win at the Stadio Artemio Franchi yesterday.

According to a report ANSA via FCInterNews, Commisso had a subsequent altercation with people who present outside of Inter’s locker room.

The Viola categorically deny the event ever took place and state that Commisso nor any of their directors where in that area of the stadium.

Fiorentina have been struggling for form so far this season with only 2 wins in the UEFA Europa Conference League against Scottish side Hearts in their last 6 games played.

The Viola have not won a Serie A game since their 2-0 win against Hellas Verona on September 18.

They have only drawn 1-1 to Lecce and lost to Inter, Lazio and Atalanta in their last 4 Serie A games.
