Football data analysts Opta have taken to Social Media to highlight the effectiveness of Inter midfielder Nicolo Barella, following his opening goal in the 4-3 win over Fiorentina.

The Italy international struck in the opening two minutes yesterday to move onto four league goals for the season, whilst he has the same amount of assists.

Opta revealed that within Europe’s top five leagues, it is tally that can only be matched by Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka and FC Koln’s Florian Kainz.
