Wingbacks Denzel Dumfries and Federico Dimarco and defender Stefan de Vrij are all set to start for Inter in this evening’s Champions League match against Viktoria Plzen.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who include the trio in their predicted starting eleven for the group stage clash.
Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi will have a number of decisions to make all over the pitch for this evening’s match, but on the flanks and in defense look like key areas.
In the wingback positions, Dumfries and Dimarco are set to start on the right and left respectively.
Meanwhile, de Vrij should start in the centre of a back three alongside Alessandro Bastoni and Milan Skriniar, ahead of Francesco Acerbi.
In midfield, meanwhile, Sky predicts that it will be the current first-choice trio of Nicolo Barella, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and Hakan Calhanoglu that starts.
Lautaro Martinez and Edin Dzeko should lead the line for the Nerazzurri and Andre Onana will keep his starting spot in goal.
