Inter striker Romelu Lukaku met with Roc Nation President Michael Yormak yesterday.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the key theme of the discussions was the US-based fashion brand’s desire for the 29-year-old to remain in Milan beyond the end of the season.

Roc Nation had already played an important role in bringing Lukaku back to Inter from Chelsea on loan during the summer transfer window.

Given that the Belgian striker is an ambassador for the company, they have a stake in him performing well on the pitch.

Lukaku had endured a tough season at Chelsea last time around, and the feeling is that if he were to return to London rather than extending his stay with the Nerazzurri, there would be no guarantee that he’d get back up in the pecking order at the Blues.

Accordingly, Yormak stressed to the striker that he will do everything to support his remaining at Inter next season and beyond.
