Inter are interested in signing Sevilla defender Tanguy Nianzou, but a deal for the young Frenchman would likely be financially out of reach.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri would not likely be able to make an offer large enough to convince Sevilla to sell Nianzou.

Inter have been scouting Nianzou, and they consider the 20-year-old, formerly of Paris Saint-Germain and then Bayern Munich, to be a serious target.

The young defender’s profile is very much liked by the club.

However, considering that Sevilla paid €16 million for the Frenchman during the summer transfer window and do not tend to sell players for cheap, they would likely only listen to major financial offers.

Accordingly, if there is serious interest in signing Nianzou during the summer, Inter are unlikely to be able to match it.

Moreover, the Frenchman’s representatives are not currently seeking a move away for him, as they see Sevilla as the right club for him to develop at.

Meanwhile, Inter are also monitoring Valencia’s Mouctar Diakhaby, who would be available on a free transfer this summer and therefore more financially attainable, but do not see him as a serious target right now.
