Referee Daniele Doveri has been appointed to be in charge of Inter’s Serie A clash with Juventus this Sunday.

This is confirmed by an announcement by the Lega Serie A of the officiating crews for all of the fixtures for this matchday, as reported by FCInterNews.

Doveri will be assisted in his duties by the likes of Ciro Carbone and Alessandro Giallatini.

Meanwhile, the role of fourth official will be filled by Giovanni Ayroldi.

In the VAR booth, Aleandro Di Paolo will oversee the match to ensure that any errors made by the on-pitch officials are corrected.

The role of assistant to Di Paolo as the video assistant will be filled by Simone Longo.

Inter will be hoping that the focus stays on the action on the pitch rather than on any officiating controversy.

The Nerazzurri are hoping to make it five wins from five in the league in a match away to one of their great Serie A rivals.
