Inter President Steven Zhang is set to be in attendance tonight to watch the Derby d’Italia, and will be joined by Juventus chief Andrea Agnelli.

As reported in today’s newspaper edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Zhang is due to watch an away game in person for the third match in a row since arriving in Italy last month, having being in attendance for the 4-3 win over Fiorentina and travelling to Germany for the 2-0 Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich.

Zhang will watch the Serie A clash alongside Agnelli, having struck up a friendship with the Juventus President during his time at the helm of the Nerazzurri since 2018.

In previous meetings between the two clubs, the pair have met after the game, such as when Inter defeated Juventus in the Coppa Italia Final in Rome in May, although Zhang and Agnelli have met in person twice since that match.

The duo have had a similar outlook on Italian football, including on the battle for television rights deals and their involvement in the European Super League.
