Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri has revealed that star striker Dusan Vlahovic may not be available to face Inter in the Derby d’Italia in Serie A later today.

The Bianconeri welcome Inter to the Allianz Stadium looking to keep their Scudetto hopes alive with victory, but are sweating over the fitness of striker Vlahovic after he picked up a muscular injury last week.

Speaking in his press conference ahead of the match, and as reported by FCInter1908.it, former AC Milan coach Allegri offered an update on Vlahovic’s condition, but had better news on the recoveries of centre-back Bremer and winger Angel Di Maria.

“They have recovered, the only doubt is Vlahovic because he is not well yet and we will see how he is in the morning,” Allegri announced.

“Tomorrow morning I will decide (on Vlahovic). We will evaluate the other two and see whether one will start from the bench or both will play.”

Serbia international Vlahovic joined Juventus from Fiorentina in January of this year and has scored 16 goals in 36 appearances for the Bianconeri, including six from 10 league games this season.

Juventus currently sit two points behind Inter in seventh place, and trail league leaders Napoli by 13 points going into the Derby d’Italia.
