Inter are set to make their decisions on the futures of defenders Stefan de Vrij and Francesco Acerbi once the contract extension talks with Milan Skriniar are wrapped up.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri will deal with the possibility of extending the two defenders’ times at the clubs past the end of the season, at the request of coach Simone Inzaghi.

Right now the priority at Inter is extending Skriniar’s deal, but de Vrij and Acerbi are two other players who, like the Slovakian, are set to leave at the end of the season as things stand.

Like Skriniar, de Vrij’s contract runs out at the end of June 2023.

Meanwhile, Acerbi is at Inter on a season-long loan from Lazio at the moment.

Both of the pair are represented by agent Federico Pastorello, and the Nerazzurri will start talks and decide whether or not to extend de Vrij’s deal and make Acerbi’s deal permanent respectively.
