Inter wingback Denzel Dumfries has had his inclusion in the Dutch national team’s squad for the upcoming World Cup confirmed, and he couldn’t be prouder.
The 26-year-old is happy to have the honour of representing the Oranje at world football’s biggest competition, where his Nerazzurri teammate Stefan de Vrij will also be part of the squad.
Dumfries posted on his Twitter account to celebrate being called up, and express his gratitude to represent his country.
He captioned the post, “Absolute honour to be called up to represent my country at a World Cup.”
