Inter finished the first portion of their season off in the best way, winning their final Serie A match before the World Cup break by beating Atalanta 3-2 at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo.
It was a topsy turvy evening that saw the Nerazzurri come back from first-half penalty to establish a 3-1 lead before La Dea scored late in the second half to set up a nervy finish.
Striker Edin Dzeko posted on his Instagram account to celebrate the win.
