Serie A duo Empoli and Sampdoria as well as Serie B side Genoa have all come forward with an interest in signing Inter striker Sebastiano Esposito on loan in the January transfer window.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the trio of Italian clubs have spoken with the 20-year-old’s agent following the decision that he will not stay at Anderlecht for the rest of the season.

Esposito’s loan spell with Belgian side Anderlecht now looks clearly destined to come to an end prematurely.

The 20-year-old has found his playing time reduced in Belgium and so will seek a new club on loan for the remainder of the campaign.

Esposito’s new agent Mario Giuffredi has been in search of a new club for the Nerazzurri-owned striker.

Among the first clubs to show an interest to Esposito’s agent have been Empoli, Sampdoria, and Genoa, all targeting the striker for the January window.
