Inter remain keen to land Valencia fullback Jesus Vazquez in January, but have been joined in the race to sign him by Premier League club Leeds United.

According to Spanish media outlet Todofichajes.com, the Nerazzurri are determined to secure 19-year-old Vazquez in the winter transfer window but face a significant threat from Leeds.

The Whites would be willing to surpass offer €10 million for the Spaniard, and coach Jesse Marsch is keen to bring in a new left back at Elland Road to challenge Junior Firpo.

With Inter only offering €7m, the Valencia defender could be set for a switch to the Premier League after Christmas.

Should the Biscione secure a deal for Vazquez, it could see wingback Robin Gosens depart after just 12 months at the club, with the ex-Atalanta man closing in on a move to the Bundesliga after failing to establish himself under Simone Inzaghi.

The coach has preferred Federico Dimarco on the left of his midfield, leaving little space for the Germany international.
