Inter midfielder Roberto Gagliardini is not expected to sign a new contract with the club and has attracted interest from elsewhere in Serie A, as well as Spanish side Sevilla.

According to Calciomercato.com, the Italian international is not likely to be offered a new contract when his existing deal expires in June, and could even depart in the January transfer window.

The former Atalanta midfielder has drawn interest from Cremonese and Monza in Serie A, with the two promoted clubs keen to bring in the experienced Nerazzurri player to consolidate their positions in the top flight and they are ready to swoop for him in January.

However, Gagliardini could yet depart Italian football altogether for a switch to La Liga, with Sevilla sporting director Monchi an admirer.

The 28-year-old is in no hurry to make a decision on his future though and may remain at Inter until the end of the season, before departing for free.

Gagliardini joined Inter from Atalanta in January 2017 and has scored 16 goals in 170 appearances for the Nerazzurri.
