Inter would only be able to afford a move for Atalanta defender Giorgio Scalvini in the event that one of Milan Skriniar or Alessandro Bastoni are to be sold.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, via FCInter1908, who report that the asking price for the 19-year-old would be between €25 million and €30 million and that European heavyweights Bayern Munich, Manchester City, and Liverpool are all also interested in signing him.

Scalvini’s form for Atalanta this season has marked him out as a player who could nearly be ready for a move to a top European club despite his age.

The Nerazzurri are tracking him, and see him as having a fairly ideal profile for their defensive setup.

However, Scalvini would not come cheap given the form that he has shown so far.

La Dea would demand around €30 million for the 19-year-old, particularly given the interest from big clubs in his signature, and so Inter would likely have to sell one of existing defenders Skriniar or Bastoni to make way for him.
