Manchester United are looking at Inter striker Lautaro Martinez as a possible replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo in attack.

This according to Spanish news outlet Fichajes, via L’Interista, who report that the Red Devils are looking at Martinez as well as Napoli striker Victor Osimhen as possible targets to replace Ronaldo now that the Portuguese international’s departure has been confirmed.

Ronaldo’s contract with United has officially been terminated, following a controversial interview in which the 37-year-old was critical of aspects of how the Premier League club are run.

The English side will look to replace Ronaldo in attack, possibly as early as the January transfer window.

According to Spanish outlet Fichajes, the Red Devils could be looking to Serie A to find a striker who can bolster their squad in attack.

Inter striker Martinez is one player on United’s radar according to Fichajes, whilst Napoli’s Osimhen is another, although signing either could prove difficult.
