Inter wingback Denzel Dumfries helped the Dutch national team to a 1-1 draw against Ecuador in their second group stage match at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
It was not the result that the Oranje wanted as they didn’t secure their place in the knockout rounds with a win.
However, the Netherlands are still well on track if they keep working.
Dumfries posted on his Instagram account after the match to emphasize the need to stick to their task and keep fighting.
He captioned the post, “We take the tie and continue to work, we have to keep fighting and will do that.”
