Inter could offer young wingback Franco Carboni to Hellas Verona as part of a deal to sign young midfielder Filippo Terracciano.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Il Giorno, via FCInter1908, who report that the 19-year-old is a target for the Nerazzurri, and they could use the Gialloblu’s interest in Carboni as part of their strategy to sign him.

According to Il Giorno, Inter are beginning to more seriously focus on signing younger talent to reinforce their squad as part of a long-term strategy.

Atalanta defender Giorgio Scalvini is one target for the Nerazzurri in this sense, although he would cost at least €40 million in all likelihood.

Meanwhile, Terracciano is another player on Inter’s radar, and even though he has made few first-team appearances for the Gialloblu, they are thinking of a move for the young midfielder.

Carboni had been a target for Verona during the summer transfer window before he instead made the switch to Cagliari on loan, and could be part of talks for Terracciano.
