Inter will face Serie B side Reggina in a friendly clash on December 22.

This is confirmed in a club announcement, via FCInterNews, which notes that the Nerazzurri will face off against the Calabrian team later this month.

Inter are getting preparations underway for the rest of their World Cup break.

Aside from training, first on a training retreat in Malta and then back in Milan, the team will also play several friendly clashes in order to keep themselves match-fit for the return of Serie A at the start of January when the Nerazzurri host league leaders Napoli at the San Siro on the fourth.

Inter will face Reggina in their final friendly match before Christmas.

The Serie B side are currently second in the Italian second division.

Reggina are currently coached by Inter coach Simone Inzaghi’s brother, former AC Milan and Juventus striker and former Rossoneri and Benevento coach Filippo Inzaghi.
