The Argentine national team have officially secured qualification for the knockout rounds of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The Albiceleste did not get their World Cup campaign off to the easiest of starts after a shock 2-1 loss to Saudi Arabia in their group stage opener, but back-to-back wins against Mexico and Poland have ensured that they find a place in the round of sixteen.
