Inter do not consider defender Alessandro Bastoni to be totally unsellable in the face of massive offers from the Premier League.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInter1908, who report that the Nerazzurri would be prepared to listen to offers for the 23-year-old and have contingency plans if he is to depart.

Bastoni had been a target for teams in the Premier League during the summer transfer window prior to the current season, with Tottenham Hotspur in particular keen on his signature.

The defender made clear that he preferred to stay at Inter, whilst the Nerazzurri made the decision to keep hold of him.

However, the interest in Bastoni has hardly went away, and offers have continued to arrive from big teams in the English top flight for the former Parma and Atalanta defender.

Should a massive offer come in, Inter could accept it, in which case they are keeping an eye on possible like-for-like replacements on the left side of a back three.
