French duo Saint-Etienne and Reims are both interested in loaning in Inter goalkeeper Andrei Radu during the January transfer window.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the 25-year-old prefers a move to Reims as they are currently playing top flight football.

This could be set to be a decisive week for Radu’s future, as the Romanian will soon decide on a club to join on loan for the rest of the season.

The Nerazzurri-owned keeper’s time on loan with newly-promoted Serie A side Cremonese is over after he fell behind Atalanta-owned Marco Carnesecchi following an injury.

Saint-Etienne and Reims would both be very keen on Radu’s signature in January.

Given that the former are currently playing in Ligue 1, the 25-year-old’s preference would be to join the latter on loan for the rest of the season to play in Ligue 1.

A decision on Radu’s immediate future can be expected in the coming days.
