Young Inter goalkeeper Gabriele Brazao is fully recovered from his ACL injury, and will likely be sent out on loan in the January transfer window.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the 22-year-old is fit enough to return to training where he is with the team in Malta currently, and that he should be sent out on loan either in Italy or elsewhere in Europe for the rest of the season.

Brazao picked up an ACL injury during the summer which caused him to be sent back prematurely from loan with Cruzeiro.

However, the Brazilian has recovered more quickly than expected from the setback.

Brazao had already looked like he could be back in action for December during the start of November, and now this has been confirmed.

The Brazilian is fit enough that he has travelled with the team to the training retreat in Malta.

Brazao’s displays on the training retreat will be assessed by coach Simone Inzaghi, whilst the likely next step for him will be a loan in January.
