Inter wingback Robin Gosens is starting to find his best form once again, and the club are no longer thinking about a possible sale in the January transfer window.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri no longer feel that a January departure would be the right option for the German based on his form in training.

Gosens has not had the kind of start to the season that had been expected, either by the player or by the Nerazzurri.

The 28-year-old missed out on the World Cup with Germany due to a relative lack of playing time, as he had fallen behind Robin Gosens in the pecking order.

However, Gosens has been slowly working his way back into form, and the indications from the return to training with Inter have been positive.

Accordingly, the Nerazzurri are no longer leaning towards allowing a move away for the German in January.
