Young Inter midfielder Giovanni Fabbian could be recalled to Inter’s first team for next season, whilst other young players currently out on loan are not thought to be ready to be part of the first team plans yet.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who detail the possible future for some of the Nerazzurri’s youngsters based on the form that they’ve shown in their loan spells.

Fabbian is currently enjoying his first season as a senior professional footballer, having made the step up from Inter’s Primavera team last season.

The 19-year-old has adjusted well to life in the senior game, starring for Reggina as the Calabrians have established themselves among the favourites to be promoted from Serie B at the end of the campaign.

One way or the other, it is likely that Fabbian will be playing his football in Serie A next season.

One possibility would be for the 19-year-old to stay on loan with Reggina for another season should they achieve promotion to the top flight.

Alternatively, Fabbian could be loaned out to a different team within Serie A.

Finally, it would be well within the realm of possibility that Fabbian be recalled to Inter’s first team to reinforce the midfield ranks this summer based on the form that he has shown at Reggina.

Meanwhile, the Gazzetta note that striker Martin Satriano has not quite kicked on in his loan spell with Empoli.

Accordingly, it would not look overly likely that the Uruguayan would be on course to be recalled to Inter’s first team yet.

Midfielder Lucien Agoume is currently on loan with Troyes.

The Frenchman had hoped to kick on from his successful loan spell with Brest last time around.

However, an injury sustained after just three starts for the Ligue 1 meant that Agoume has been unable to appear for the majority of the campaign so far.

Even if the 21-year-old is able to get things back on track over the rest of the campaign with Troyes, the fact that Kristjan Asllani has been signed in the defensive midfield position, and that Hakan Calhanoglu has also emerged as an option there, means that an Inter future looks unlikely for him.
