Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic is set to start for the Croatian national team in their World Cup quarterfinal match against Brazil this evening.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the 30-year-old Nerazzurri midfielder will be in the starting eleven for Zlatko Dalic’s team as he has throughout the tournament, as they fight for a place in the semifinals against the Seleccao.

Brozovic has started each of Croatia’s matches at the World Cup in Qatar so far.

Goalless draws against Morocco and Belgium and an emphatic win over Canada secured passage to the knockout rounds for the Croats, whilst Brozovic scored a penalty in a shootout win over Japan to reach the quarterfinals.

Croatia coach Dalic is once again set to place his faith in the Nerazzurri player at the base of his midfield trio.

The completed predicted eleven for the match is as follows:

Croatia (4-3-3): Livakovic; Juranovic, Lovren, Gvardiol, Sosa; Kovacic, Brozovic, Modric; Kramaric, Petkovic, Perisic.
