Both Inter striker Romelu Lukaku and AC Milan midfielder Charles De Ketelaere will have to get over the difficult psychological blow of World Cup disappointment with Belgium.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who suggest that the pair will each have to find their confidence again before they can find their form when their club sides return to Serie A.

Lukaku was unable to play more than a substitute role for the Belgian national team in Qatar due to injury.

Meanwhile, De Ketelaere made only substitute appearances as well.

Both of the pair will have hoped to reach at least the knockout rounds of the tournament, something that they were unable to do.

Now, both players will have to put the setback behind them as they prepare for the rest of the club season.

If they are able to, both of the duo could make the disappointment in Qatar a distant memory, but in both cases there is a risk of being bogged down by it.
