Inter took to Social Media to offer their congratulations to midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, after he earned a bronze medal at the 2022 FIFA World Cup with Croatia.
The former Dinamo Zagreb player enjoyed a fine tournament in Qatar as Croatia reached the semi-finals, although an injury ruled him out of yesterday’s third-place playoff.
His teammates overcame Morocco 2-1 in his absence, ensuring a bronze medal for the second time, after coming third in 1998. Croatia were runners-up in Russia 2018, with Brozovic playing a part then.
