Inter target Agustin Rossi has already signed a pre-contract agreement to join Flamengo on a free transfer from Boca Juniors at the end of the current season.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the 27-year-old may well be unattainable for the Nerazzurri as a Samir Handanovic replacement given that he could be set to join Flamengo.

Rossi is among the names who have emerged as targets for Inter as they look for options to replace captain Samir Handanovic should he opt to leave on a free transfer in the summer rather than extend his contract which runs out at the end of June 2023.

The Argentine keeper’s current deal with Boca expires at the end of June 2023, and so he could be available on a free transfer.

However, according to the Corriere, Rossi has already signed an agreement with Flamengo, so he is likely out of the picture for Inter.
