Inter’s contract extension to defender Milan Skriniar would be worth around €48 million total in terms of gross wages, over a four-season period.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, via FCInter1908, who report that the Nerazzurri do not feel that they could go any further than the offer that is currently on the table for the Slovakian.

Skriniar and his representatives have had Inter’s contract extension offer for some weeks.

As of yet, no definitive response has arrived from the 27-year-old, who is still considering his future amid transfer interest from Paris Saint-Germain and other clubs.

For Inter’s part, there does not look to be a great deal more than the club could do to convince Skriniar, given the amount that they have already put forward.

According to Mediaset, the total value of the deal that the Nerazzurri have already offered is around €48 million gross, and if Skriniar turns this down then there is little room for the club to offer more.
