Inter-owned striker Samuele Mulattieri looks to be ready to make the step up to Serie A as his form in front of goal fires Frosinone to promotion from the Italian second division.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who note that the 22-year-old’s growth looks to have led him to the point of being ready for the top flight, whether with Frosinone or another club.

Frosinone currently sit top of the Serie B table.

Nerazzurri-owned striker Mulattieri has scored six times for the Romans, whilst his overall play in front of goal has made him a standout.

The 22-year-old is enjoying the most polished and mature form of his career to date.

After having shown clear flashes of his ability on loan in the Dutch second division with Volendam and with various Serie B clubs, now Mulattieri is putting it all together.

If Frosinone reach Serie A, then the 22-year-old could enjoy his first campaign in the top flight with them, but on the other hand, a move to another club in the top flight next season can hardly be ruled out.
