Barcelona have set the asking price on Inter-linked midfielder Franck Kessie at €18 million amid interest from Tottenham Hotspur.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Premier League club have inquired about the former AC Milan midfielder and gotten a response on what he will cost.

Despite having only joined Barcelona during the summer on a free transfer from Milan, Kessie’s stay in Catalonia may not last much longer.

A lack of regular playing time for the Blaugranas has led to reports that the 25-year-old former Rossoneri midfielder could depart in the next couple transfer windows.

Inter have been linked with a move to bring Kessie back to Serie A, particularly if they can secure a loan move from Barcelona.

However, the Nerazzurri would face competition from Premier League side Tottenham.

According to the Corriere, the London-based club have already made their initial inquiries, and have been told that it will take €18 million to sign Kessie.
