Inter are expecting a sold out Stadio Giuseppe Meazza when they welcome league leaders Napoli in Serie A on Wednesday.
As reported in today’s newspaper edition of Corriere dello Sport, the Nerazzurri will host Luciano Spalletti’s side in front of a packed San Siro, with 75,000 people expected to be in attendance for the match.
This crowd will be boosted by a strong Napoli presence, with Partenopei supporters keen to see their in-form team extend their lead at the top of the table after a blistering first half of the season.
Napoli took huge swathes of supporters to the San Siro for a 2-1 win over AC Milan in September and similar numbers are expected on Wednesday.
The match is set to be Inter’s third sell out of the season, after filling out the San Siro for a Serie A match against Roma at the end of October, followed by a Champions League clash against Barcelona three days later.
