Barcelona are considering making a move for Inter wingback Denzel Dumfries.
This according to today’s print edition of Spanish newspaper El Nacional, via FCInterNews, who report that the Catalan giants see Dumfries as an ideal signing as an attack-minded right-back, and could join Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in the race to bring him in.
Dumfries has already been the subject of significant transfer interest from the Premier League.
The 26-year-old is also on the radar of Barcelona, however, according to El Nacional.
The Blaugranas are looking to sign a more attack-minded right-back, as the main options at the moment in the position are Sergi Roberto and Jules Kounde.
Former Arsenal and Real Betis right-back Hector Bellerin had been signed in the summer for this reason, but hasn’t convinced.
For this reason, the Blaugranas would consider a move for Dumfries to add a different dimension to their right flank.
