Inter striker Lautaro Martinez is likely to start on the bench in the team’s Serie A match against Napoli on Wednesday evening.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, who report that the 25-year-old will push to start, but predict that it will be Romelu Lukaku and Edin Dzeko who play from the start.

Martinez has only been back in Milan training with the rest of the team since the end of last week.

The Argentine will do everything he can to try and convince his coach Inzaghi to hand him the start ahead of one of Lukaku or Dzeko.

However, according to Sky, it is currently likelier that the Belgian and the Bosnian, who started in attack in both of Inter’s friendly matches against Reggina and Sassuolo, will play from the start.

Sky’s complete predicted starting eleven for the match is as follows:

Inter (3-5-2): Onana; Skriniar, Acerbi, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Calhanoglu, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco; Dzeko, Lukaku.
