Inter striker Lautaro Martinez took to Social Media following the Nerazzurri’s 2-2 draw against Monza in Serie A yesterday.

The Argentina international made his first start since lifting the World Cup last month, and scored in the second half as Inter appeared set for victory at the U-Power Stadium.

However, Monza snatched a stoppage time equaliser after Inter had seen a Francesco Acerbi goal controversially disallowed, and Martinez posted photos from the match with the caption: “We wanted to win to continue shortening the gap. They stopped us. Heads down and push together as a team in the same direction.”
