AC Milan are not likely to rotate their team much in their Supercoppa Italiana match against Inter next week.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the injuries in the Rossoneri’s squad mean that coach Stefano Pioli isn’t likely to change the starting eleven much for the match against the Nerazzurri.

Pioli has had a number of his decisions essentially made for him as far as the Rossoneri’s starting eleven in recent matches, due to the players who have been out injured.

Of the absentees, attacking midfielder Junior Messias is close to returning and should be available for the Supercoppa match against Inter next Wednesday.

Meanwhile, striker Divock Origi is getting closer and closer to returning to fitness.

However, neither of the pair are likely to start for Milan as they face their city rivals for the first piece of silverware on offer this season, and instead Pioli will likely play the same first-choice starting eleven that he has been doing.
