All of midfielders Nicolo Barella, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Marcelo Brozovic, and striker Romelu Lukaku, trained separately from the rest of Inter’s squad in today’s session.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, who report that all of the quartet were in training but worked individually on recovery from their respective injuries.

All four of Barella, Calhanoglu, Brozovic, and Lukaku were out injured in Inter’s Coppa Italia match against Parma on Tuesday, as was captain  Samir Handanovic.

All of the quartet are in some level of doubt for Saturday’s Serie A match against Hellas Verona, whilst their status for next week’s Supercoppa Italiana match against AC Milan is also not clear.

For now, according to Sky, all of the four spent today’s training session working individually rather than participating in a full training session with the rest of the squad, as they work to put their respective injuries behind them.
