Milan Skriniar Likely To Give Final Response To Inter Milan’s Contract Extension Offer After Supercoppa Italiana, Italian Media Report

Inter defender Milan Skriniar is likely to give his final response to the Nerazzurri’s contract extension offer shortly after the Supercoppa Italiana match against AC Milan.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri are not pushing for an answer before then but that they would hope for one not long after January 18.

Inter’s squad will travel to Saudi Arabia for the Supercoppa match in Riyadh next Wednesday, including Skriniar.

The team’s hectic January schedule is now in full swing on the pitch, whilst the match against city rivals the Rossoneri next week presents the Nerazzurri with their first opportunity for silverware and a potential turning point to set the tone for the rest of the campaign.

Right now the focus is on that match, as well as Saturday’s Serie A clash with Hellas Verona.

However, once the trip to Saudi Arabia for the Supercoppa is come and gone, Inter are anticipating Skriniar’s response to their contract offer in a timely manner.
