Football data analysts Opta took to Social Media to highlight Inter’s impressive home record after Simone Inzaghi’s side defeated Hellas Verona 1-0 yesterday.

Lautaro Martinez scored the only goal at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Serie A, and the Argentine’s impact was put into perspective by a tweet from Opta.

Inter have the joint-highest number of wins in Europe’s top five leaves since last April, after their 12th victory took them level with Ligue 1 club Lens.

“12 – Since April 2022 Inter have won 12 home games in Serie A, a joint-record with Lens in Big-5 Euopean Leagues. Stronghold,” Opta tweeted.
