Inter have asked Torino for information about the availability of defender Perr Schuurs, with the Granata bracing for big offers in June.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the former Ajax defender is a player who could already be on the market in the summer transfer window, and that the Nerazzurri are among the clubs to have already shown interest.
Torino only sign Schuurs from Ajax during the summer transfer window prior to this season.
The 23-year-old was brought in as a replacement for Bremer, who left to join Juventus in the summer.
However, the Dutchman’s outstanding performances during the campaign so far have meant that interest in his signature is already emerging.
According to Tuttosport, Torino are anticipating that some large offers will come in from clubs around Europe for Schurrs as early as the summer window.
The newspaper reports that Inter have already registered their interest ahead of a possible summer pursuit of the Dutchman.
