Genoa are considering a move to bring back striker Eddie Salcedo, currently on loan with Bari, from Inter.

This according to Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, who report that the 21-year-old has emerged as a target for the Grifone in their search for a striker, and that the Nerazzurri would be ready to listen to offers.

Salcedo joined Inter from Genoa in the summer of 2018, initially on loan, and then made the move on a permanent basis during the summer 2019 transfer window.

The young Italian striker then spent two seasons on loan with Hellas Verona, before being loaned out to Spezia last season.

Salcedo joined Bari on loan during the summer transfer window prior to this season, but he could be on the move to one of the Apulian team’s Serie B rivals according to TMW.

The news outlet reports that Genoa are interested in signing the 21-year-old as they look to add a striker to new coach Alberto Gilardino’s attack.
