Inter forward Joaquin Correa would only leave the Nerazzurri on a permanent transfer and not on loan.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that there are no negotiations ongoing for a move away for the Argentine, and that if he were to leave it would not be on loan.

Correa has been linked with a possible departure from Inter as early as the January transfer window, with the 28-year-old rumoured to be part of talks between the Nerazzurri and Barcelona.

However, according to FCInterNews there are no serious discussions regarding the former Lazio, Sevilla, and Sampdoria player’s future.

There is some interest in Correa’s signature, with teams in La Liga and the Premier League considering the Argentine to be a possible target.

However, if Correa were to leave it would not be a loan move.

The 28-year-old would only leave the Nerazzurri to join a different club on a permanent basis.
