Inter would be ready to move for Club Brugge winger Tajon Buchanan in the event that Denzel Dumfries is sold to Chelsea.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the Nerazzurri have lined up the 23-year-old as their replacement as they anticipate a possible offer from Chelsea for the signature of Dumfries.

Chelsea have already made a number of signings during the January transfer window, but they are showing no signs of stopping and would like to sign a right-wingback.

Sporting CP’s Pedro Porro is on the Blues’ list, would cost €40 million, and is also a target for Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur, whilst the Londoners are also keen on Celtic’s Josip Juranovic who would cost a fee of around €20-25 million.

However, the Blues’ main target remains Dumfries, who they had already tried to sign last summer.

Inter are hoping for as high a fee as possible if they are to sell the 26-year-old, with their asking price set at €60 million, so it will remain to be seen if Chelsea are ready to get close to it.

Should Dumfries depart, however, the Nerazzurri’s priority target to replace the former PSV wingback would be Club Brugge winger Buchanan.
