Inter are set to parade the Supercoppa Italiana trophy before kick-off of tomorrow evening’s Serie A match against Empoli.

As reported in today’s newspaper edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri will bring the trophy out to the middle of the pitch at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza so that fans can join in with the celebrations, after they won the competition on Wednesday.

Simone Inzaghi’s side were resounding victors as they thrashed rivals AC Milan 3-0 at the King Fahd Stadium in Riyadh to earn the first piece of silverware of the season.

It is expected that almost 70,000 fans will be in attendance and a small celebration will be held before the match.

Meanwhile, Inzaghi is set to include striker Romelu Lukaku amongst the substitutes against the Azzurri after he returned to full group training following a recent injury.

However, goalkeeper Samir Handanovic and midfielder Marcelo Brozovic remain sidelined and will not feature in the match.
